This website is run by Holding On Letting Go. We are a charity that supports children and young people in Kent. This area is aimed at Professionals supporting bereaved children and young people, but anyone is welcome to explore it.

If you know of a child or young person that you think may benefit from Holding On Letting Go, please download and complete the enquiry form then email it or post it to the address below. Once we have received this form we will send a referral form to the parent/guardian of the children, which will need to be completed and returned to us in order for the family to be accepted onto the programme.
